These terms apply to your use of ignytstudio.viveksaran.in, run by IGNYT Studio, a unit of Vivek Saran Consulting, Faridabad, Haryana, India. By using the website you agree to them.
1. About the website
The website describes our website design, Marketing Engine, AI video and app development services. It is for information and enquiries only; no purchase is made on the website.
2. Prices and quotations
- Prices shown on the website are our standard rates and may change without notice.
- A project or monthly service starts only after a written quotation or agreement is accepted and the advance is received. The signed quotation / agreement decides scope, price, timeline and payment terms.
- Standard payment terms: 50% advance, 50% before the website goes live; Marketing Engine plans are paid monthly in advance.
- Domain names are registered through third-party registrars. Their price, offers and validity are not in our control. Charges depend on the extension (.in, .com, .org and others) and on registrar add-ons such as domain privacy / protection, which is usually billed upfront for the full term (one, two or three years). All domain charges are extra, as applicable at the time of registration, and are confirmed with you before booking.
- GST is not charged at present because IGNYT Studio is not registered under GST. If this changes, GST will apply to invoices issued after registration.
3. Demo designs
The 29 designs in our gallery are samples created by IGNYT Studio. The business names, people, prices, phone numbers and offers shown in them are fictional and for illustration only. Photos in the demos are from free commercial-use libraries such as Pexels, or are AI-generated.
4. Our work and examples
Client projects are described without client names unless the client has given written permission. Results described are from real projects but are not a promise of the same result for every business.
5. No guarantees
We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or always online. We do not guarantee any particular Google ranking, number of leads or sales for any client.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, code, graphics and the IGNYT Studio name and logo on this website belong to IGNYT Studio / Vivek Saran Consulting. You may view and share links to the website, but you may not copy or reuse its content or designs without our written permission. Client websites are owned by clients as set out in their agreement.
7. Links to other websites
The website links to other sites (for example WhatsApp, our other Vivek Saran websites and our demo pages). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, IGNYT Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Faridabad, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
